A quick birthday present washer for the sister who hadn't had anything knitted from me in a while. I used this pattern - 'lacy dragon'. Made from scraps of (I think) Jo Sharp Desert Garden. The colour is a bit washed out here - rainy morning + doing a course but skills not there yet = frustrating photography.

I love that dragon scale pattern - I have one version in Barbara Walker & I think there's another in Mary Thomas. It's so cool looking!
I have a sock pattern called Rheims (after the cathedral in France) that is very reminiscent. I'm using it now to make some socks. I love the way it looks.
