I spent half of Saturday taking photos at Free Comic Book Day. The full set is here, though I can't take credit for all of them, especially the really well-composed ones!
We were joined for the day by a Jedi Knight, an Imperial officer and a tall, dark and mysterious Shadowtrooper. Most kids treated him with a certain amount of awe, but most were also keen to pose for photos. (Who doesn't want a photo with a Shadowtrooper?)

What fun! I love a good comic book or graphic novel. I used them to help high school kids learn to read.

Great costumes! Was Shadow Trooper in the neighbourhood? - didn't have to travel a long way to be there? And Batman too I see. The store sure must have some cred..Great to hear it was a top day all round and nobody lost their spleen
